Recently my kids have wanted healthier meals. I explored the Pinterest website and decided to make spaghetti squash instead of pasta for dinner. I’ve eaten spaghetti squash at restaurants in the past, but never attempted to make it myself at home. I was pretty excited that it was so easy to make and tasted great!
One large spaghetti squash
Cut in half and scoop out the seeds
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 50 minutes
This is the finished result
Use a fork to scrape out the squash
Serve it however you like it
We had it with tomato sauce and a little parmesan cheese
We all loved it!
I need to try new recipes more often.
