Wrinkle Free: 4 Cosmetic Tips For A Younger Looking You

January 18, 2017

When it comes to maintaining that youthful appearance and radiance, it all begins with an excellent skin care routine. Visiting a spa or dermatologist to determine your complexion’s strong points and imperfections is beneficial in numerous ways. Then, the proper makeup short-cuts can unleash that dazzling, unique beauty that is present in all of us.

younger looking skin

1.  Miracle Prescription Cream In A Tube

We damage our skin on a daily basis, either through the sun’s strong rays 365 days a year, general aging and smoking or drinking alcohol in excess. Prepping our complexion before putting on enhancing makeup can provide incredible, youthful results.

Retin-A at nighttime is considered to be the gold standard in anti-aging skincare. This Vitamin-A derivative is scientifically proven to decrease aging, tighten skin and reduce fine lines.  Other non-prescription alternatives are retinoid creams and vitamin A products that may be less harsh for sensitive skin.

2.  Injectables Effective For Youthful Contours

As we age, volume begins to decrease, and we notice facial hollows under the eyes, by the temples and mid-face. This even happens to supermodels and is part of the normal aging process.

Thanks to the brilliance of injectables that feature wonderful, safe dermal fillers like Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero and others, faces can achieve those attractive fuller contours present in our youth. A little Botox cosmetic by a qualified professional could be beneficial. It remains as the most popular wrinkle smoother on the market.

3.  Foundation Is Necessary On Even Flawless Skin

If you desire that fresh face and natural glow, don’t opt for the quick fix with just concealer and lipstick. It isn’t enough as our skin begins to mature. Iconic celebrity makeup artist Sandy Linter says your base matters and that concealer without foundation on older skin doesn’t work.

Most pros would agree with Linter, because mature skin needs more coverage, so wrinkles appear less evident and lipstick looks softer. Foundation covers minor imperfections and balances skin tone. Even a tinted moisturizer can substitute.  Favorites include Nars Tinted Moisturizer and Pur Cosmetics CC cream which both have high levels of spf.

4.  Don’t Ever Skip The Blush Essential, Ladies

Foundation, concealer and a little lipstick will allow you to look polished and pretty. Your face, however, needs a little warmth and a 3-dimensional appearance.  No matter your age, every woman benefits with the warmth of blush. Faces over 40 are advised to swipe at the highest point of the cheekbones for subtle lift. It Cosmetics has a gorgeous blush in the Bye Bye Pores line that has optical blurring technology and provides a gorgeous pop of color that is flattering on most skin tones.

Smooth, clear skin with buoyancy that radiates is the natural-looking way to hide aging and keep them guessing. Retin-A, dermal filler, foundation and blush work harmoniously for youthful beauty.

Wearing blush makes a huge difference. If I walk out of the house without it then I look so ashen. I think it perks people up more than lipsticks even.

    Hello Stacie

Really lovely post, wrinkles are nightmare for women, because we always want to look young. We wish that we never get old. This is obviously not possible. We cannot stop time from passing but at least we can stop wrinkles.

I wish you the best of luck and to fulfill all your dreams and to look stunning and pretty for ever.
