Welcome to this week’s Sunday Collection! Happy Labor Day weekend to those in the USA. This weekend is our gateway to cooler temperatures and to sales galore. I did a little bit of online shopping (because I just couldn’t resist). How about you? Do you know the history of the holiday? Labor Day pays tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers and is traditionally observed on the first Monday in September. It was created by the labor movement in the late 19th century and became a federal holiday in 1894.
I wanted to take a minute to make you aware of one of my favorite beauty companies having a sale this weekend.
