Hi Friends! I hope you’re all doing well. I know that many of us had tons of April showers that will hopefully bring us all beautiful May flowers. Speaking of which, I’ve been taking walks through my local nature center and botanical gardens looking for the beauty of mother nature to practice my photography skills. I’m posting a few of my favorite photos below for you to enjoy too.
Being outside on a daily basis has been a real necessity for me lately (more so than usual). I haven’t been feeling my best and have been working through things with my general practitioner and a cardiologist. I think we’ve determined that my problem is sleep apnea. I’m going to do another post here on my blog soon about this topic because I’ve done ALL the research. In addition, this is something that affects a large percentage of post menopausal women, so I think you’ll be interested to hear about it since we’re mostly women over 40 around here.

Please show some love to these wonderful ladies by visiting their posts. In addition, it would be fantastic if you could use the little sharing buttons for social media at the bottom of this post to spread the word. Thanks so much!

Have a GREAT week and we’ll see you again next Monday!
OMG, Stacie! Your photos look award worthy! And I’ve been hearing about how important it is for body, mind and spirit to be out in nature…and even to just look at it. So my conclusion is that it is healthy for us all to look at your pictures. 😉 Thanks for sharing – Angie, http://www.yourtrueselfblog.com
Thanks so much Angie! It’s always fun to upload the photos from my camera to my computer to see how they turned out. Have a wonderful week! Stacie xo
