I admit that I am NOT a chef in any way, shape or form. But Pinterest makes it so easy for us wannabes to actually make something worthy of eating. My girls and I tend to go for the simple dessert recipes. These little snack treats are so easy to make that we’ve already made them twice. We even made some and brought them to our friend’s home on Christmas Eve. They were quite the hit!
This recipe is actually shown on the package of Rolo candy that we purchased at the grocery store. You need 3 ingredients: Rolo’s, square waffle shaped pretzels and pecan halves. You simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line up rows of pretzels. Put one Rolo candy on top of each pretzel. Place into a 300 degree oven for 3-5 minutes. After removing from the oven, press a single pecan half into each Rolo candy. Cool and enjoy! I guarantee that nobody can eat just one!
