The Sunday Collection – June 28, 2020

I hope you’re all still hanging in there. I’m sure that you’ve seen what’s been happening on the news since the states have started reopening. Here in Texas there has been a very high incidence of Covid-19. I think people are so over the quarantine thing that they’ve ignored masking in public places. Well, that backfired and now masks are mandated (like I think they should have been from the beginning). They’re also cutting the capacity of people in establishments and shut the bars back down.  Hoping that we will new see the numbers start to go back down again.

I had an appointment with a dental surgeon a few days ago to have a bump removed from my lip. The safety precautions at the office were like no other that I’ve seen so far. I was really impressed. It looks like someone punched me in my lip and it’s all sorts of grossness, but it’s definitely healing fast like the mouth always does. Fingers crossed that all comes back fine with the biopsy. The only good news so far is that my mouth is covered with my mask when outside of my home!

Now on to makeup and skincare and all of the things that us ladies like to talk about…
