Okay friends… Hold onto your hats!!! This new nail polish line called Extraordinaire Gel-Lacque 1-2-3 from L’Oreal is a game changer. I cannot say enough good things about it. If you don’t normally polish your nails at home, this polish system may convince you to start. This polish is advertised as a Revolutionary 3 Step System for perfectly shaped and volumized nails with rich, ultra glossy color.
To get started with this polish, you buy one box that contains both the primer and glaze. Then you choose a gel-color to start with (or you get more than one just like I did). I purchased my starter polishes at Walgreens. The box was $12.99 for the primer and glaze. The gel-colors were $7.99 each. At the time of my purchase they were buy one at full price and you got the second bottle for 50% off. Stores are always running special deals and coupons on L’Oreal products.
This polish system is a 3 step process. First you use apply one coat of the Primer (bottle with a number 1 on it.) Next you apply 2 coats of the gel-color that you choose from this collection (bottles are marked with a number 2 on them). Lastly, you apply one coat of the Glaze (bottle is marked with a number 3). You are now finished!! That’s it! No UV light is needed and your nails dry in a matter of minutes. Not only are they dry to the touch, they are dry enough to carry on with whatever you’d like to do.
When you’re ready to remove your polish it can be done using regular nail polish remover. No need for soaking and using aluminum foil to wrap your nails like typical gel polish. I would like to note that the packaging says that all 3 steps must be used to get the results that they advertise. This makes perfect sense to me.
My nails are shiny and beautiful! I’m hoping that they will be chip free for days! I’m not sure how many days I will get out of this manicure but I will update this post when I know. The only thing that would make this manicure better was if I was more coordinated and could do a better job at polishing my own nails…
I’d say that you all must RUN to the drugstore or wherever you purchase your L’Oreal products and try this polish today!! I am confident that you will love it as much as I do!

I have tried this twice in two different shades and both times the polish was chipped off of my finger tips by the next morning. Definitely not worth the money.

Loved it! I work in retail and we’re constantly peeling and hanging sales tags, shipping boxes, unloading truck, etc,. This polish has stayed on for at least 2 weeks on my nails 🙂 I don’t think I’ll be buying another kind for a awhile. Great product review BTW!!
