Happy New Year’s Resolutions Everyone!
New year, new body. That’s how I always start off each new year. How about you? I always plan to eat right and exercise so that I’ll be healthier and I’ll look better. I’m always so enthusiastic about this.
I’ve started off 2014 just so-so. I’ve added more cardio in hopes of losing the little bit of extra fat that loves to hang around my middle. However, I’d love to tone up the area as well. This interesting device called the Slendertone Abs Belt could possibly help me out. Just push a button and tone my abs? Sounds too good to be true!
There is science behind these types of devices. Remember a few months ago I shared a video on YouTube showing you the facial toning device I purchased? I believe the science here is similar. So if that works to tone facial muscles, why wouldn’t this work to tone the abdominals?(FYI – I haven’t been using that facial toning device because it kind of makes my teeth hurt)
This device actually looks so easy to use. Just place the belt correctly over the abdominal muscles and push a button. The company says you will see a firmer stomach in 6-8 weeks. I’d really like to try this one out some time. Watch the video below. What do you think?

Dear God, Stacie!! How did you know that this is precisely what I need? I get so discouraged. I mean…I *used* to have flat abs…and I don’t know what happened! Oh, wait. It’s called pregnancy. Damn. LOL (I’m a follower of yours now, too! So glad we “met” today. 🙂
