Who likes having pretty feet? I think we all do. I don’t like getting professional pedicures. My feet are so ticklish that I find pedicures to be more stressful than enjoyable. I literally start to break out in a sweat, especially when they get that big paddle like file out. It never does much for the calluses on my feet anyway. Years ago I figured out the perfect solution for getting rid of calluses and dry skin from my feet. I have my mom to thank for this. She bought me a Sof’ Feet Foot File and a jar of Sole Food over a decade ago.
To this day, these are the same products that I use and recommend to everyone. As a matter of fact, I did a Youtube video on the topic several years ago and it’s my most watched video of all time. Apparently, there are a lot of other people out there who have the same issue. So many people have commented throughout the years that have purchased these products and they’ve worked well for them too.
So, as a throwback to my Youtube video and a tribute to my mom, who always knew best, here’s the video and products that I recommend:
Now my feet are ready for the super cute sandals that I just purchased at Target. They look expensive but are so affordable. Take a peek. They come in two colors each and run very true to size. I prefer nude colored sandals because they match everything.

It’s supposed to be 87 degrees here in Dallas today. We had no winter at all. I need to do my home pedicure so I can wear my sandals this weekend. Stacie xo

Still winter here though today is 60 degrees in February in New England. No, there’s no climate change. My feet aren’t even close to ready! Gotta break out my Amope and get started!

I love the effects of a pedicure but I don’t love getting them. It’s wonderful that your mom was the one that turned you onto these great items.

Great timing for this post! While it’s rainy today, it has definitely gotten a lot warmer. I always have dry feet, so I’m all about moisturizer. I need to check out Sole Food for sure!

I’m actually not the biggest fan of pro pedi’s either, I’m always anxious about the foot baths being sanitized correctly. I’ve always wanted to try an at home electric foot file though, my heels are battered from being a flip flop wearer.

I live in Hawaii where sandals and flip flops are a daily thing… so I’m all about trying some great foot products to prep my feet for the season. These sound really nice.

I need to consider getting this tool! I love pedicures but can only afford to go once in a very long while. I’d love to help my feet like this at home.

I have such dry feet as well always being barefoot where we live. I’m going to order one and give it a try since nothing else seems to work very good. Thanks for the review.
