I’m sure you’ve heard by now that Rose Quartz and Serenity are the Pantone colors for the year. I believe this is the first time that there are two colors rather than just one. I actually love both of them. I think they’re both flattering colors for brunettes like me. They’re actually great for everyone, in my opinion. Since pink just so happens to be my favorite color, I decided to create a Pink Pantone collage of products in the color that I love most.
I actually own everything pictured, with the exception of this gorgeous Rebecca Minkoff satchel. However, have no fear. With Mother’s Day coming up soon I’ve put it on my wish list. We’ll see what happens…
Youngblood Cosmetics has a gorgeous lip combo that is perfectly aligned with this year’s Pantone colors. I probably wear pink on my lips more often than not. I was thrilled to receive a few items from this line so I could try them out. Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics is a full professional mineral makeup brand.
All Youngblood products are formulated with 100% pure luxurious minerals.
Their website states the following:
- Youngblood’s Lipsticks are made with natural ingredients such as sunflower oil and candellila wax and enriched with vitamin E to keep lips moist and protected.
- Designed to apply smoothly with no dragging, these cruelty-free Lipsticks contain no animal products such as lanolin and are free from perfumes and chemical dyes.
- Youngblood’s Lipsticks are available in 23 vibrant colours within the shade categories of sheer, metallic, pearl, cream and matte.
Verdict: I’ve been absolutely loving the Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics Pink Lust lipstick. It is so pretty. Because it has a shimmer in it I don’t necessarily need to wear the lip gel over it. However, I can wear them together or each one on its own. The lipstick has such a pretty glimmer to it without looking sparkly. There is no glitter fallout nor any glitter left behind when the lipstick wears off. I recommend this color and will be exploring the line further to find more products that suit me. You can explore for yourself on their website.
What do you think of this year’s Pantone colors? Have you tried Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics?
