Happy Sunday! How’s the pandemic doing in your neck of the woods? They say that numbers are on the rise here in Texas. I actually don’t understand that too well since masks are mandatory and I’ve never seen anybody without one. I know that they’re telling people to be cautious and to think about skipping Thanksgiving gatherings. Ugh! The vaccine can’t become available soon enough. Luckily it seems that they’re close to releasing one.
In the meantime, we celebrated my granddaughter’s first birthday yesterday with a very small masked gathering. Poor baby has spent most of her life in the midst of a worldwide crisis. Fortunately, I don’t think it’s really affected her much.
