Happy Sunday! Alas, we have sunshine in the Lone Star State. I’m so happy that we’re done with the rainy, cold and cloudy days for a while. Talk about depressing. I don’t know how people that live in areas with that type of weather do it. I could barely do that weather for 2 consecutive days.
Hubby and I had a really fun staycation this weekend. Unfortunately it was cut short because he found out last minute that he had to go to China for business first thing Sunday morning. Bummer, but we were happy to have Friday night and Saturday. We went out for one of my favorite meals (petite lobster tail stuffed with crab), went to a winning basketball game and stayed at a beautiful hotel.
The Mav’s won and hubby and I were right there to see it. You can sort of see us in the background…
