Happy Super Sunday! I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready for warm temperatures. The ice and snow from this past week here in the Dallas Fort Worth area was fun for maybe a few hours. Now it just stinks being on lockdown in the house waiting for the ice to melt so we can get back outside and back to our normal routines. I’m just glad that I don’t have to deal with this type of weather often.
While on “lockdown” in the house I’ve spent way too much time on my laptop and iPad. A lot of my time is spent on Pinterest and Houzz looking for ideas for our new house that we’ll be building in the next year. We were supposed to have an appointment with the designer and I wanted to come armed with ideas for things that I would like in the new home. Unfortunately the appointment was cancelled due to the weather. I’ll share a few of the things that I’ve found on the Houzz website with you.
I love the way this master bedroom has a separated sitting area with fireplace. It’s also nice and bright with the windows.
I’m considering putting a vanity type area into my master closet.
This closet is beautiful as well.
I love the pattern with the wood floor for one of my powder bathrooms.
I love exposed brick and stone and plan to use some in several areas of the house.
