Some Amazing Cosmetics for the Skin

I’ve been using some AMAZINGCOSMETICS® products for the past few months.  These products fit perfectly into my skincare and makeup routine.  From primer to concealer, these products are nothing short of amazing!

The Amazing Cosmetics line can be purchased at Macy’s, the Amazing Cosmetics website and other retailers.  The products range in price from $18 to $35.  They carry mostly face/skin related products for making the perfecting the complexion.

Amazing Concealer

How do these products fit into my makeup application routine?

In the mornings after I have cleansed my skin and applied my anti-aging skincare I use either the Anti-Aging Face Primer or the Line Smoother and Primer.  Some days I uses both products.  These products help to smooth out the appearance of lines and pores and prep my skin for foundation application.  I apply the Primer with my fingers.  You can even mix the concealer and primer together for a multi-tasking product.  The primer is clear.  It glides onto the skin and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky without clogging up the pores.  The bonus is that it contains ingredients to improve the health of my skin.

The Line Smoother and Primer comes with a roller ball type applicator.  It’s designed to be used twice a day under eyes, around the mouth and between the brows where we get our”11’s.”  It fills in the lines so that there is a smoother appearance when our products are applied on top of it.  You need to be gentle as you apply your foundation or concealer so as to not disrupt the product beneath it.

Once I have applied all of my makeup on my face and eyes I uses the Amazing Concealer to cover up spots that I find less than desirable, such as dark areas under the eyes, darkened age spots on the side of my jaw or on blemishes (yes, I still get those from time to time).  There are 20 shades available from Ivory to Warm Deep.  I wear the Medium Beige shade.  The formula of this concealer is perfect in that it’s quite liquidy and blends right into my skin.  It doesn’t cake or get caught up in the wrinkles under my eyes.  You can use a brush to apply, however I’ve always preferred to apply concealer with my ring finger.  You can add layers of this concealer to build up the coverage if desired.

Verdict:

These products fit seamlessly into my makeup and skincare routine.  They help to improve the appearance of my skin.  They help my makeup to lay nicely on my skin.  All of the products that I tried are completely fragrance free, which I know is important to a lot of women.  I recommend you give Amazing Cosmetics a try, especially if you want to fill in lines and wrinkles or cover up your flaws without making it look obvious.
