New Collection at Loft

One of my long time favorite stores to shop at is the Loft. They’re pretty size inclusive, carrying petites, regular misses and tall sizes. As a petite person myself, I love being able to buy clothes that don’t have to be altered by a tailor. It’s nice to avoid the added expense. I usually shop the petites for pants and jeans. However, I most often buy regular misses sizes for my shirts and some midi dresses because they tend to more like maxi length on me. I have what is called a Creator Account or a “storefront” on their platform where I try to put together my favorite items as well as outfits that’ve shared on social media to help make your shopping experience a little easier when you want to see my recommendations.

Loft just dropped a brand new collection that includes some great new denim items. This includes jeans, tops and dresses. I went to my local Loft store (a few times) and did try-ons at the store and bought some fantastic pieces that will carry me into the Fall season and beyond. I’m sharing some of my favorites with you in this post. Sorry about some of the dressing room photos. The lighting is terrible in there.

Cropped Shirt // Kick Crop Jeans // Platform Sneakers // Tote Bag

Kick crop jeans are my favorite style. They can be worn with sandals, sneakers or boots in the cold weather. I sized up to a 27 Petite for a slightly looser fit for this pair, although these do have a little bit of stretch to them. I paired them with the cropped blue and white striped shirt (and the white below). It’s a great structured top with a boxy fit. It will be cute to wear open as an added layer too.

This dress is everything that I love in a dress. I tried on a misses size 2. I would have purchased it in a heartbeat, but the length is too long on me. It’s a great button down maxi dress with beautiful sleeve details. There’s pleating in the bodice area for a more flattering fit. I will be ordering this one online in a petite length instead because it wasn’t available in the store.

Denim Top // White Patch Pocket Cropped Pants

I’m not much of a tshirt kinda gal. I feel a little frumpy in them. I prefer to seek out tops more like these styles. The side tie top or the puffed sleeve mixed media top both have a slightly more elevated look to me. These are great options and each comes in a few color options. I love to pair with jeans or white pants, shorts, chinos or a skirt.

This navy and white striped dress has been one of my favorites all summer. It’s a heavier weight, so it will good for Fall transition too. I’m linking it here because it’s worth getting now at the sale pricing if they still have your size. I’m wearing a misses XS. It’s great with a denim jacket too.
