My Slendertone Belt Project Update

Well friends, it’s time for an update on my Slendertone Belt Project.   I will warn you that there are pictures to be seen later in this post

I was extremely interested in seeing what kind of results I could get from electrical stimulation to the muscles.  It’s an interesting sensation to have your muscles stimulated, to say the least.  I’m currently at level 4, which are 30 minute sessions.  You can set the electrical impulses from 1-99.  I can handle maybe a 60 most of the time.  I don’t know what most other people do, so I’m not sure if I’m a wimp or not.  In addition to using this belt I have been continuing with my walks at least 4-5 times per week.  I’ve also tried to add in some pilates core strengthening including planks.

This is what the belt looks like strapped on.  It’s very comfortable and easy to wear.

Here I am after my 30 minute session this morning.  No 6 pack yet, LOL!!  That’s not what I’m shooting for.  I’d just like to be toned so I feel comfortable in my clothes.
