I turned FIFTY years old last week. Happy Birthday to Me!! It’s almost surreal to me. I remember, when I was a child, thinking that 50 was a huge number and that my relatives who were 50 were kinda old. Now that I’m 50 I couldn’t disagree more! 50 is the new 40. You’re only as old as you feel… Take care of yourself, exercise, eat healthy, stay positive, and enjoy every single day that you are given!!

i would just like to take this time to wish you very happy birthday….as a woman of age i have learned it is the small moments in life that matter most like when i am putting my grand daughter down at night time and she reaches up to touch my cheek and starts to giggle for no reason….i am so blessed to have her in my life….i am adopting my grand daughter she brings so much joy,love and happiness to our home…..i have to say you do not look 50 you look much younger i would love to know what you do to keep that young glow so please do tell….i hope your birthday was the best!!!!
