Really? How can it possibly be March 1st already? I recently noticed the words to a song I was listening to that said “the days are long but the years are short.” I couldn’t agree more. This was a weird week for me anyway with traveling to Florida and getting back on a Tuesday evening. My husband left on a business trip to the other side of the world on a Saturday, which is completely confusing my mind and the regular rhythm of my life. We’ll just have to wait to see how this week pans out. Among other things, I’m crossing my fingers for some good partnerships with some great companies…
We seem to be having an early spring here in Texas. After a beautiful walk (where we actually sweat), I had lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. Afterwards I headed toward the lake with my camera hoping to see some wildlife to photograph. As I passed our local botanical gardens I couldn’t help but notice rows of bright tulips which led to me making me take a hard right turn into the parking lot. Flowers make my heart happy.
I wanted to share some of the beauty of spring with you from my photos. Spring is definitely on the horizon!
