I recently went to Envy Medical Day Spa.  I had the Pellevé treatment which is a nonsurgical skin rejuvenation treatment. It uses radio frequency energy to heat beneath the surface of the skin, which is designed to stimulate the production of new collagen.  This is supposed to result in skin tightening and wrinkle reduction.  The procedure was completely pain-free and rather relaxing.  It basically felt like a warm stone massage on the face while it was working its magic below the surface of the skin.

As a middle aged woman, I’m game for a non-invasive procedure that can make my skin look more youthful.  I had just one treatment at the medical spa and am hoping to have some new collagen production in the next few months to have a noticeable difference.  I’m told that most people receive 3 treatments in a series, but that a difference is often seen after just one treatment.  I’d definitely do this procedure again.
