Beauty Products that I’m Loving + Giveaway Reminder

I thought it would be fun for me to share with you some of the new beauty products I’ve recently added to my arsenal that I’m actually loving.  As you can imagine, I purchase new products often and receive pr samples on a weekly basis.  I also subscribe to several beauty boxes and receive new and interesting products in those as well.

1. A few months ago I received a life changing foundation in a monthly beauty box that I subscribe to.  It’s the Le Metier de Beaute After Glow Foundation.  This was in my monthly subscription box.  I wear shade 5.  This foundation hydrates and covers imperfections at the same time.  It’s extra wonderful because I can wear a thin layer and sheer it out or I can use a larger amount for full coverage.  It lasts well from morning to night.
2. I’m always on the hunt for new and better mascaras to give my lashes extra length and volume that they lack on their own.  LORAC hit it out of the ballpark with their Pro Mascara.  This mascara isn’t brand new, but it’s new to me.  I don’t know what took me so long to buy this one.  I’m certain that I’ll be repurchasing this mascara on a regular basis because I can’t get enough of longer and thicker lashes.
3. I seem to have fallen in love with the Sephora Pro makeup brushes lately for applying my eyeshadow.  I feel like an artist when doing my eye makeup and love the feel of these brushes in my hands.  They have a glamorous feel to them.  My current favorites from the collection are all eye brushes.  They’re the Pro Smudge Brush (#11), Pro Shader Brush (#18) and Pro Bullet Crease Brush (#86).
4. Did you get your hands on any of the MAC Cosmetics Holiday Collection this year?  I stalked their site until this gorgeous face palette became available.  I believe it’s completely sold out on their site, but you might be able to find it in a store somewhere.  The copper blush is  something I never thought I would wear.  However, it is stunning on.  It adds the perfect amount of warmth to the face.  The highlight color is a light gold.  This is another color that I never thought I could pull off.  However, it’s beautiful on.  The best part about this palette is that I use it on my eyes too.  The shades are amazing and I think MAC needs to make it available as a permanent part of their line.
