Welcome to Super Sunday! What a nice week at my house, despite the ugly cloudy and rainy weather. My one daughter got straight A’s this semester at college. I’m so proud of her! My other daughter is working in Cabo, Mexico for her job and proving how independent and smart she is. My son is basically done with his senior year of high school and is currently experiencing all of the fun stuff that comes with that (prom, graduation parties, etc). My husband was actually here all week and I love having him home, although a little travel is good here and there. I am LOVING my new laptop computer that I got for Mother’s Day. My old laptop was good but this new one is superior and just makes me happy.
I spent a few days taking some online blogging classes and webinars. I feel like I’m learning so much and can take my blog to the next level. I know that many of my fellow bloggers read my blog and know how to help out a fellow blogger. However, I thought I’d share with my other followers who read my blog the things that you can do to help us bloggers out. When you read a blog post please leave a comment. We love interacting with our readers. Click on our images and share them on Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. It makes us happy and helps get our blog in front of more people. This is how we grow our audiences, through sharing. Thanks so much in advance!!
And speaking of sharing, I thought I’d share a few things from this past week.
First things first, while sitting in my family room this morning I heard words from Joel Osteen streaming out of the tv that made me think. He said, “Get rid of the excuses.” He is so right! No excuses for not doing the things that you want to do (or should be doing). I always say that we should take the time to smell the roses. Life is short so be kind to others and do what you love!!
Next I want to share some news from my friend Angie. Angie has been one of my Youtube friends for a few years now. Angie has recently become a part of the Woman’s Day team. She’ll be featured in their monthly magazine with her own column. She posted the following picture on her Facebook page reminding us of her debut magazine. I thought I’d share her great news with all of you today. Go buy your issue today!
Have a great week everyone! Don’t forget to stop by my blog daily for new posts!

How wonderful that all your kiddos are doing well and experience life! Isn’t it fulfilling, as a parent, to watch them grow and live life? It makes it worth all the tears and worries we experience throughout the journey.
Regarding the sharing aspect of fellow bloggers posts, I agree wholeheartedly. With exposure, our audience helps us grow as bloggers and writers. Also, as a person. I love meeting new people through my blog. To know that we touched someone with our words keeps the motivation fresh.
Thank you for the great post and keep them coming. You gained a new reader today with your encouraging words.

Well it must be exciting to have the kids doing so well. I remember when I came home from college and told my parent I got straight A’s they kissed my butt for weeks on end. Mostly because they assumed I just partied all the time. Mexico? Fun.. I am moving to Germany soon with my husband and the mother is all in shambles the father couldn’t care less( there’s skype he says). Congrats on the new laptop. I am yet a mother so I did not get a cool gift like you but I am sure you deserved it! Hope you have a great week.

LOL about the straight A’s! I bought my daughter a bag of goodies from Lululemon to celebrate. Moving to Germany?! That’s so cool! I wish I had lived in another country for a whole to experience another culture. Have fun there! Keep in touch. Thanks for stopping by! Stacie xo

It’s wonderful to hear how well your children are all doing. How exciting for your son to be finishing up his senior year in high school. My son is a sophomore, going to be a junior next year. I cannot believe how the time flies by. I have a Macbook Pro and I absolutely love it! Once you go Mac, you never go back! And thank you for recommending Angie’s You Tube channel. I started following her about a month ago, after you had mentioned her as one of your friends and I love her videos. And she’s so sweet like you! xo
