Hi Everyone!
I hope you’re all having a great weekend! It’s absolutely gorgeous here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I’ve gotten my walk in for the day, along with my Starbucks iced green tea. I’m sitting here trying to decide what to post on my blog and came up with another new series that I’d like to add. I’m calling it Silent Sunday. I know there’s a series that a lot of bloggers participate in called Wordless Wednesday and I’ve joined in it a few times. I just like Sunday as my day to post pictures from the week. There won’t be a lot of explanation or text.
So, here goes…
This is a wall sign that I saw while I was out shopping yesterday. Isn’t it hilarious?! And true?!
My sweet husband got us great seats for the Sting and Paul Simon concert. It was SO good!!
Mackenzie had surgery on her ear to get rid of the fluid that was causing
hearing loss and to put in a tube. She’s still getting used to hearing again.
Colin sprained his ankle/foot playing basketball. Doesn’t he know that he’s a golfer?
Valentine’s Day dinner date with Mackenzie since my husband is traveling for work.
At least I got to have my favorite food!
What a crazy week I had, including my 49th birthday!!

Happy belated birthday, Stacie!! Two things: I hope both Mackenzie and Colin are feeling better…and on a much lighter note, that pizza looks amazing! Like one of the pies my husband and I always get from our favorite family-owned Italian pizzeria back in Jersey…Oh! And one more thing: I am super jealous that you got your walk in. Do you know how long it’s been since I walked with the kids? I’ve lost count of the days. We are STILL buried in snow. (Sigh)
