Rodial Skincare and Makeup

September 4, 2017

Affiliate Links PR Sample

I’ve been using skincare products from Rodial for over a year now.  Most of them have made their way to my list of all time favorite skincare products.  I recently received a few new products from the line that I hadn’t tried before and wanted to share those with you here today.  You can read some of my previous posts HERE and HERE.

The Rodial line has “high-performance skincare essentials to address a range of skin concerns—pairing world-class anti-aging ingredients with ground-breaking innovation. In addition to their celebrity-loved skincare products, the line includes a tightly edited range of luxury contour make-up products that sculpt and define the face for a flawless finish.”

The Rodial line is based on nature and science.  All of the products have beautiful fruity type scents that aren’t perfumey or obnoxious, which is important to those who are sensitive to fragrance.  Products from Rodial can be purchased at Saks and SpaceNK, among others.

The first products I tried are the Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Tonic and Dragon’s Blood XXL Lip Plumper.  There’s no dragon’s blood in the products, by the way.  The Toner is really nice for using after I cleanse my face.  And all of us anti-agers know that hyaluronic acid is needed to help add moisture and plump up the skin.  The XXL Lip Plumper feels nice on my lips.  Again, a nice fruity scented product that plumps and adds moisture.  I’ve used the Snake Booster Oil in the past and was happy to try the Snake Eye Cream O2 this time.  It glides on and absorbs quickly into the skin so it works great under makeup.

To use the lip plumper you click the bottom of the pen and the product is dispensed up through the brush applicator.

Rodial Glamolash mascara

I received two of the Rodial makeup products.  The Glamolash Mascara XXL and the Smokey Eye Pen.  As you can see, the smokey eye pen is actually a pencil.  It is a deep dark shade that goes on smooth and spreads easily for a smokey eye look.  I really like it.  The mascara is labeled to be a lash maximizer that amplifies the volume of lashes.  The brush is large which makes it a bit harder to apply for some.  The formula of this one is a bit thicker than I personally like.  I personally prefer a wetter formula for mascara.

So there you have it!  Are you interested in trying out any of these Rodial skincare or makeup products?  Have you tried the line before?

**These products were sent to me for review.  All opinions are mine and aren’t influenced by anyone else.  Some affiliate links were used in this post.  #RodialSkinCare #Rodial #ad

I had no idea they had a makeup line as well. I’m curious about the lip plumper though…how did it work? Did it burn or tingle?

Also, does it feel like a lipgloss? I’ve tried a few others and they always end up feeling kind of sticky.

It’s not sticky at all. It does have a very very slight tingle to it and it smells great! Stacie xo

I’ve been seeing Rodial a lot lately, but it’s still a brand I’ve never tried. I am curious about the Dragon’s Blood lip plumper. I’ve gotta check out the ingredients in it.

I have never tried anything from the brand, but imo, they definitely worth a try. They look so promising and intriguing too! Especially the Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Tonic! I hope you can update us what benefits it give your skin in the long run.

    Thank you!

    Regards,

I will definitely update as I use these products for a while. All of the other Dragon’s Blood products from Rodial have been really good so I’m hoping this tonic is beneficial too. Thanks for stopping by! Stacie xo

No outfit is complete until it’s properly accessorized! Don’t you agree? 🤩

These fun pieces are from a “new to me” brand called Allie + Bess. And I didn’t even realize that they’re local to me here in the DFW area.

I’m impressed with the look and the quality of everything so far. I especially love the necklaces because I’ve been into the layered look lately.💖

But I do love the fun and versatile bangle bracelets too because I’ve been into bracelet stacks lately.💖

No kidding when I say that Jude Connally knocks it out of the park with her luxurious Jude Cloth.

This fabric is the brushed Jude cloth, which is thicker than the original, so it’s perfect for Fall and Winter.

I love this new plaid print! And big bonus because the fabric is wrinkle resistant, so it looks great from morning until night.

Her clothing makes me feel confident wherever I go! Don’t you love that feeling?
