I love seeking out the newest collections in makeup and nail polish every season. Here are the latest nail colors from OPI. These are being released in May 2014. The collection is called Neons and will be the first permanent neon colored nail polish for OPI. In addition to the regular nail polish collection, these will be available in their Gel Colors as well.
