Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2023

The Nordstrom Anniversary sale has become one of the most anticipated sales each year. 2023 is no different. The sale is an annual event held by the Nordstrom department store in the United States. It typically takes place in late July through early August and is known for offering pretty significant discounts on a wide range of products, including clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty items, and home goods. The sale is unique because it features brand-new, recently released items at reduced prices for a limited time before returning to their regular prices. It is often highly anticipated by shoppers who are looking to score deals on popular brands and new-season items for the Fall.

If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder, then you have access to shop the sale early. Your access date depends on your status. Mine is Influencer, which means that I’m able to shop the sale beginning on July 13th this year. There were 2 statuses above me that could start shopping earlier. The best way to shop the sale is to set up a Wish List. When your time to shop becomes available, then you simply “add to cart” and checkout. It’s pretty simple.

Usually, when my time comes up for shopping some of the items that I want are sold out. However, like years past, most of the items become available at a later date (during or after the sale) and I receive notifications to my email at that time so I can decide if I still want to purchase. You’re under no obligation to buy things from your wish list. It’s just nice to have and I highly recommend setting one up.

You know I have to start with some of my beauty favorites from this year’s sale. Some items in this year’s sale are the same as years past. However, there are some great new deals to be had this year too. I will warn you that the good stuff usually sells out, but it is often restocked before the sale is over. So, if there’s something you really want you should go ahead and add it to your wish list to be notified of restocks.

I picked out some dresses and pants that I think will work on everyone, including me and my petite self.  I almost always buy midi length dresses and cropped pants so that they fit me without the need for alterations. And when it comes to shoes, I’m ALL about comfort. I love to wear heels that look good, but that I can also walk in for at least a few hours. These all meet my criteria. I know that there are tons of boots in the sale this year too. However, I barely wore my boots last year because we had a warm winter. They’re all styles I will continue to wear instead of splurging. At least that’s my plan for now…
