My Slendertone Belt Project…

Hi Everyone!

I’m excited to say that I just received the Slendertone Belt that I blogged about a few weeks ago.  This belt is supposed to tone the abdominal muscles.  I admit that doing sit ups or other abdominal workouts are my least favorite exercises of all.

I plan to use this belt for the next 8 weeks to see if it makes a difference for me.  I will include pictures in my next posts of my before the Slendertone belt, halfway through the 8 weeks, as well as pictures when my experiment is complete.  I do plan to continue with my walking and occasional jogging (at least 3-4 times per week) in order to include cardiovascular exercise into my regimen, which is important.

What do you think?  Will this belt tone my abdominal muscles?
Can I say goodbye to those sit ups that I hate so much?

    OMG, Stacie, I cannot wait to see your follow-up posts. I want details! LOL
    I’m currently on Day 19 of the 30-day Plank Challenge, and when I’m done with this, I’m moving on to do the 30-Day Crunch Challenge and 30-Day Butt Challenge. I am obsessed with loosing as much of this baby weight as I can before my birthday. 🙂

      I know, I’m crossing my fingers that this really works! I’ve used it 2 days so far. I will definitely update. I saw the 30 day plank challenge. I need to start that too.

      When’s your birthday? Mine’s next week. Probably won’t be fit and fab by then. LOL!
