I’m excited to say that I just received the Slendertone Belt that I blogged about a few weeks ago. This belt is supposed to tone the abdominal muscles. I admit that doing sit ups or other abdominal workouts are my least favorite exercises of all.
I plan to use this belt for the next 8 weeks to see if it makes a difference for me. I will include pictures in my next posts of my before the Slendertone belt, halfway through the 8 weeks, as well as pictures when my experiment is complete. I do plan to continue with my walking and occasional jogging (at least 3-4 times per week) in order to include cardiovascular exercise into my regimen, which is important.
