This week is Mother’s Day week. As you can imagine, it has been a hard one for me (already). My mom passed away 6 months ago, so this will be my first Mother’s Day without my mom. I think about her constantly and miss her more than words can say. I have 3 children of my own and try to be the best mom that I can be to them every single day. Motherhood is definitely a journey and I learn something new every day.
I really enjoyed watching this touching video. As we all know, motherhood comes about in many different ways in this day and age. Adoption is a beautiful option for some families. There are situations where a woman cannot have a child of her own, or sometimes she chooses not to. Other times a woman may not be able to raise a child that she has given birth to. In both of these scenarios, adoption has been or can be the perfect solution.
