Give A Smile Today

I know that many of my followers are new and don’t know about the group I started almost a year and a half ago.  The group is called Give a Smile Today.  I started this group after my mom passed away from cancer. It’s my way to honor her memory and to try to make a difference.  I wanted to gather as many caring people as I could from all offer the world to help bring a smile to the face of those that needed it.

My group sends cards to those who may be affected by cancer or another illness.  These individuals may not be feeling well from treatments, etc and just need some encouragement.  When my mom wasn’t feeling well I put out a request to my YouTube channel subscribers to send her a card.  The response was overwhelming.  She received beautiful cards from all over the world.  People just told her that they were wishing her well and were praying for her.  Imagine the feeling to know that so many people are rooting for you.  It really does bring a smile to the face of the card recipient.

Won’t you please stop by my site and sign up to send cards to others?  It’s really not a big commitment, but it sure does make a difference to the person receiving the cards.  You can send a card whenever you’d like.  You’re not obligated to send every week.  In face, we don’t have card recipients to send to every week.
