A few years ago my daughter and I went to a makeup application lesson in Dallas. We thoroughly enjoyed the lesson and purchased several of the products used. We both fell in love with the foundation that was used. Fast forward a few years… Because I have so many foundations one often slips out of sight in my makeup drawers and usually conveniently reappears. I recently shopped through my own makeup stash and pulled out the Jennifer Bradley 4 in 1 Camera Ready Foundation.
The Camera Ready Foundation was created by Jennifer Bradley who is a professional makeup artist. This product is a foundation and concealer in one. It’s good for skin of all ages. My daughters started using it in their teens and I started using it in my 40’s.
The foundation is available in 10 shades. The cost is $48. There is no weight measurement on the packaging nor on the website. There’s a lot of product for the price. The foundation should last at least 6 months with daily use. However, my girls have been able to get it to last a year! They’ve both repurchased the foundation. That says a lot to me about how good it is.
When using this foundation, it’s good to know that a little bit goes a long way. I prefer using my Sigma Round Top Kabuki brush for application. I simply tap the brush into the product. I dab it on my face and buff it in using circular motions. If I want more coverage in areas, then I add a bit more product. There’s no need to use a separate concealer. This foundation is a multi-tasker!
The website describes the foundation as:
- a dewy powder finish
- sun protection
- incredible coverage
- a weightless, undetectable finish.
- improves skin texture
- gives your skin a radiant glow
- takes the redness out of skin immediately
- oil free
- doesn’t ever cause breakouts
Ingredients: Propylene Glycol Dicaprate/Dicaprylate C12-15Alkyl Benzoate, Myristyl Lactate, Sorbitan, Sesqiolate, Petrolatum, Vitamin E (Tocopheryl) Acetate, Dimethicone, Silica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides
Verdict:
As you can tell from my post, I’m a huge fan of this foundation and give it my full endorsement. I recommend it for women of all ages. It’s lightweight and long-wearing, which is especially nice in the heat and humidity of spring and summer. It gives me whatever coverage I desire from sheer to full coverage. I wear shade 5 and it’s a perfect match. You can call or email Jennifer Bradley and she will usually be able to recommend the shade that will work for you. Rumor has it that she’s pretty accurate at it.
You can purchase this product and all of the makeup and skincare in her line directly from the Jennifer Bradley website. I’m not getting paid to endorse this line. This is not a sponsored post. I just love this product and I want all of you to know about it too!

Nice! What shade do you wear in other foundations? I see what you wear in Hourglass…what about MAC, Estee Lauder, etc? Thanks.
Stacie says
In MAC I usually wear NW25 (but I need to try a slightly lighter shade these days), In Estee Lauder I wear 2N2 I believe (Fresco). Let me know if you want to know about any others. Stacie xo

They are suggesting shade 6 but it looks very orange from the photos I’ve seen. Is shade 5 orange at all? Thanks!

I wish I could help, but you’ll need to contact their company directly. Stacie xo

The foundation looks great so it’s really a shame that their website is lacking. There’s no way to tell the shades of their colors.

Stacie says
Yes, they could use a website upgrade to help with that. If you send Jennifer a few pics she will tell you your shade. I’m guessing that you’re a 3 or 4. Stacie xo

They do it that way on purpose you have to talk to them to get a correct match. Only then do they show you the shades and guarantee the match. Once you talk to them they send you links to the products best for your skin

Since the product is a cream foundation, does it ever come out thick or cakey?
Thanks!
Stacie says
Never ever thick or cakey. In fact it’s quite light and airy and so lightweight. Stacie xo

I think you’d really like this one. Jennifer is based down in Ft Lauderdale, so if you’re ever in the area you could go by her new studio that she’s opening. Stacie xo

I LOVE JENNIFER BRADLEY’S makeup and skincare line. I too use the 4-1-camera ready foundation #5.. it’s a dream come true. Been a fan for several years. A little does go along way. I like to do a quick makeup job in the am and love that this product does it it. In fact she just released a new water proof version.. that’s perfect for FLORIDA summers. Jennifer’s products are amazing but the customer service is beyond perfect. Try it out, nothing to lose and a perfect look to gain.

Thank you so much

Ic you talk to them they ask you all about your skin then reccomend the products to help your problems. Seriously impressed with the customer service alone. I am about to splurge on a skin care kit from Jennifer bradley. They want to know every little thing about your skin before they reccomend anything.

If you are still happy with this particular foundation, please be aware of the exposed FRAUD and be sure to purchase the product from the REAL developer – Kurt Tauss (Make-Up-Central.com). Jennifer has been purchasing THEIR foundation for many years and calling it HER creation and HER formulation. Kurt and his wife, Cathy, were only made aware of this very recently. Jennifer has been exposed as a fraud with 99% of her products that she claims to have “created and formulated HERSELF,” but have been revealed to be only “white label” whole formulas with her label applied. One of her newest products (the “Luminous Cooling Balm”) that she claims to have “developed with her personal chemist, is listed for $68, but the exact same product can be purchased by other retailers for $16 and you can buy the actual formula from suppliers for $2/bottle in bulk orders !!! That’s quite a mark-up !! She has been exposed and is currently in panic mode for her lies, her fraudulent practices, and the bullying and abuse she has demonstrated to multiple former employees who are now coming forward to tell their horror stories, AND toward customers and clients. She does not allow ANY negative comments or reviews on her social media pages or groups and deletes anything remotely negative or critical. If she cannot delete the comments or reviews herself, she bullies and pressures the individual into taking it down, threatening with legal action (FOR EXPRESSING A PERSONAL OPINION !!). She also encourages others go help her gather together and go bully the individual to pressure them to remove the negative review. Numerous people have come forward to show evidence that she pays individuals to post positive reviews and comments on her business page, her social media groups, etc. to maintain her high ratings. After this was discovered and the truth about her was revealed, she immediately removed her ENTIRE REVIEWS section from her social media page to prevent further truths from being revealed. Tons of evidence of her absurd level of fraud and lies has been exposed in several large social media posts on FB. The links are: https://fb.watch/gljgwVipI6/ (and) https://fb.watch/gljihcyWAi/
