Do you love long-lasting lip products! I think you probably know by now that I’m always on the hunt for a lip color that I can apply in the morning that will last for hours without touch ups. I’ve been using a new product from a new line called Highlight Cosmetics. The company created this dual purpose matte lipstick to be beneficial on both the outside as well as the inside. I think this is one of the best matte lipstick products that I’ve ever used so I thought a shout out to the company was needed!

There are 10 different shades in the line of lasting liquid lipsticks, which retail for $25 each. 5 are metallic and 5 are matte. They’re all water-resistant. These have a natural infusion of turmeric, green tea, white tea, sea algae, kelp, safflower oil and beneficial peptides to give lips a soft moist and smooth finish. Vitamins E and C are also included in the ingredients.

I’m wearing my Magenta Sunset liquid lipstick from Highlight Cosmetics.
Verdict: I obviously love this new line of matte liquid lipstick from Highlight Cosmetics. The color that I sampled is called Magenta Sunset. It’s a bright hot pink shade. A little goes a very long way. For daytime wear I put on the lipstick with the doe foot applicator and blot off a bit of product so that I’m in my comfort zone. I love to wear it full on and bright for an evening out. Best of all, this product feels great on my lips. There’s no drying out or flaking. I literally get all day wear from my morning application of the product. At $25 each, the price is comparable to others that can be found at Sephora and department stores. I recommend this lipstick and will be purchasing a nude shade next.
