A new year, a new you… Sound familiar? With the ringing in of the new year we often have expectations that we’re going to eat better and exercise more. Am I right? I know that eating healthier and exercising have been on my resolutions list for as long as I can remember.
Having the perfect figure is a bit of a fantasy for me. However, being more fit and toned is a realistic goal. I recently received 4-Way Resistance Bands. These are from the health and fitness company called TKO. They’re designed to help in your fitness routine by making the equipment perfect for home, travel or workout studios. There’s no reason to skip your workout with easy to use fitness products.
Upon opening the box, I immediately put the bands on and got to work. You can use these in any fitness routine that you have. I’m hoping to tone my arms and abs by incorporating these into my daily routine. I’ve been keeping these out in my room so that I have to pass by them several times a day to remind me to get my workout in.
Verdict: I feel like these TKO resistance bands are easy to use, high quality and sturdy. They’re adjustable for all levels and are travel friendly. They retail for a very affordable $12.99. You can find them on Amazon HERE. There’s no excuse for me not to add some resistance training into my daily fitness activities. Here’s to getting fit after fifty!!

I’m just about to head down to the basement to jog on my treadmill and use my weight bench, but I think I’d enjoy bands like that to mix things up. What a good idea!

I need to get back into a fitness routine. After delivering my baby last month and experiencing a rather rough delivery, I’ve let my body rest and heal. But at 6 weeks postpartum, I’m ready to have my pre-pregnancy body back! 😉
Stacie says
Take your time Katie. It’s better to wait and get completely healthy before exercising after pregnancy. Sorry you had a rough delivery. I hope you’re on the mend now. Stacie xo
