For today’s Empowered Women post, I am introducing you to someone who I have “virtually known” for about eight years thanks to the world wide web. Erica and I originally got to know each other through the beauty community on Youtube and through our blogs. Erica has exquisite taste in home decor and I love her clothing choices as well. Tell us a little bit about YOU:
I am a wife to an amazing man and a mom to 24 year old daughter that lives in Atlanta and a 17 year old son. I work full-time in the corporate world but in my free time I love working on my passion which is my Blog and Youtube Channel. I love the opportunity I have had to meet so many people in person and through the internet from all of the world. I love sharing home decor ideas to fashion finds.

Biggest disappointment:
When you open yourself up to put your life out there in the social media world you will find that sometimes there are unkind people and at first I was very disappointed that this even existed but then I quickly learned that you can not let a very small group of people stop you from making a difference for a much larger group. You can not take someone’s actions personally and never let it stop you from going after your goals.
Favorite Piece of Advice:
I always share that you should never keep your nice things put up for a special occasion. Life is so special that every day is a special occasion and use your items often. You deserve it!
