I recently went to a signing in Dallas for Lisa Lillien’s new Hungry Girl Diet book. I went to elementary school with Lisa (way back when) and make it a point to go to her signings when she is here in Dallas. She did a quick talk about the diet plan in this new book with the audience followed by a Q & A session. Lisa is so much fun and she’s hilarious too!! She kept the audience laughing. I could definitely hang out with her as we seem to have a lot in common.
This new book debuted as number one on the New York Times Bestseller list. That’s pretty exciting. If you haven’t seen Lisa’s books before you should check them out. They’re all about taking the calories out of food that we love to make them friendlier to our waistlines. I believe she has 9 books now. Look them up on Amazon or at your local bookstore.
