Today is Thursday so that means I have a review of a skincare product that I’ve been using this past week. This time I’m reviewing the Soap and Glory Face Soap Clarity Vitamin C Facial Wash (yes, that’s an extremely long name). This product is sold at Sephora and is $25 for 16.9 ounces. That’s a lot of product! The packaging says that it’s a 3-in-1 daily detox. It smoothes, cleans and purifies. That means it’s a multi-tasker and we all know that I love anything that does more than one thing at once!
I received a pretty generous sample size of this product that allowed me to use it four times. The clear gel soap has small pink colored beads in it that gently exfoliate the skin. You simply apply a grape sized amount to damp skin, lather and rinse.
The website states the following:
What it is formulated to do:
This limited-edition, luxurious facial wash smooths and purifies for super clean, fresh, and bright skin. With complexion-friendly, non-drying, easy-rinse ingredients including natural superfruit™ yuzu and ultra-soft scrub-beads, this high-tech foaming wash is a multitasking miracle.
What it is formulated WITHOUT:
– Parabens
– Phthalates
Verdict: This is a lightly scented product. I like having the gentle scrubbing particles in my facial cleansers. I felt like this Soap and Glory Face Soap and Vitamin C Facial Wash did a good job at cleaning my skin, however my face felt a little bit taut after use. I could definitely use this cleanser with my combination skin type but have others that I prefer more. Click here to see more information about this product.
