I’m a HUGE fan of YSL Glossy Stains, so when I spotted a drugstore version from Revlon I had to buy it so that I could try it to compare the two. I already own several of the YSL stains. From Revlon I opted for a hot pink color, which is probably no big surprise as this seems to be my “go to” color.

What do you think? I know that I’ll continue to purchase the YSL Glossy Stains because they’re a favorite of mine. I definitely consider these to be a luxury product. The Revlon offers a nice alternative at a much lower price point. You can definitely save money and get these instead. Several companies are coming out with gloss and stain products in one right now so look forward to more posts like this because I will be trying them all!

I have the YSL Glossy Stain in #11 Rouge Gouache and it’s may favorite from my make-up bag! I have been thinking about purchasing another as I love this product but I’ve also held off because they aren’t cheap. Have you tried the #5 Rose Vintage, #27 Peche Cerra-Cola, or the #9 Rouge Laque? Thoughts?

Of course I haven’t tried any of those colors! LOL! I have #17 Encre Rose, #109 Fuchsia Fugitive and #7 Corail Aquatique. I think they’re all gorgeous but like the newer ones in the Rebel Nude collection the best. Thanks for stopping by! Stacie xo
