As you can imagine, I’ve used dozens upon dozens of different eye creams and serums through the years in my battle with fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes. I try to treat my skin’s current condition and slow down future aging issues. For my eye area, I’ve been using mostly the Osmosis Refresh PM eye serum for about the past 8 months and thought I’d do a review for you based on my experience.
The Osmosis skincare line was developed by Dr Ben Johnson. I thoroughly researched the brand and everything about it before finding someone in my area that carries it. Read what is being said about the line because I think you’ll all appreciate the philosophy too.
Dr. Johnson has developed Osmosis Skincare with the goal of changing the direction of skin care away from excessive exfoliation and renewing the focus of dermal remodeling. It works on every skin condition on every skin type. The product range has created a great deal of excitement in the beauty industry, thanks to its unique action and outstanding results.
The company website describes the Osmosis Refresh PM eye serum as follows:
“Refresh PM is an intensely-moisturizing eye serum that helps restore a healthy barrier and plumps fine lines around the eyes, while providing protection and improvement to this delicate area.”
I purchased my bottle of Refresh eye serum from my aesthetician at Skin by Naz. The 0.5 fluid ounce pump style bottle retails for $68. A very tiny amount is all that is needed per application. Therefore, the bottle lasts for at least six months when used daily.
Ingredients:
Cholesteryl Oleyl Carbonate, Cholesteryl Nonanoate, Cholesteryl Chloride, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Manganese Violet (C.I. 77742), Aqua (Harmonized Water), Glycerin, Dextran, Caprooyl-Tetrapeptide-3, Niacinamide, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Sodium Carboxymethyl BetaGlucan, Silica, Squalane, Ubiquinone, Tocopheryl Acetate, Thioctic Acid (Lipoic Acid), Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Potassium Sorbate
The product is a thicker yellow serum. To apply, I gently pat the product to cleansed skin around the eyes in the evening. I try to focus on the crows feet area the most.
Verdict: To see is to believe! When I use this product in the evening and go to sleep, I wake up in the morning with much less detectable crows feet and a plumped up and hydrated eye area. The product does have a bit of a tacky or sticky feel to it. I have to be sure to keep my hair away so it doesn’t get stuck in the serum. As a bonus I’ve also applied this serum to my lips and right above my top lip in the vertical lines. Yes, this product is a little pricey (no more than department store products), but I feel that the results that it gives makes it well worth the money. You can purchase yours and other Osmosis products HERE from my aesthetician (not an affiliate link).

Oh, Dr. Ben is such a cutey that’s almost enough to buy his products, lol! I love the Osmosis makeup I’ve tried. This sounds like it would be worthwhile to add to the eye creams I’ve using. It looks so lightweight.

Haha, I know and agree completely Allison! Yes, this is definitely a product worthy of trying out. It feels a bit heavy when I first apply it, but that goes away as it’s absorbed. Stacie xo

The Osmosis products I’ve tried have all been great so it’s good to know they have such a nice eye cream. I’ll have to put this on my future list.

I’ve never tried this brand before, but it sounds promising. It’s so hard to find eye creams, since my eyes are so sensitive. But, I currently love anything from Origins.

I actually have tried a rather unique product, their Sugar Detox! I’m saving it for my mom!

I need to try this product

You certainly have great results from this! I remember a Kiehl’s eye product that was the same yellow, but it made my already oily eyelids super-greasy, so I gave it up. This one sounds just right.

Glad you have had such great results! The Osmosis makeup is amazing, so I am only assuming their skincare must be too.

This was so insightful! The results you received from this look amazing, Stacy! Recently, I’ve been using LM1 anti-ageing cream and it honestly is next level product. I think you’d like it 🙂 Linda Meredith are doing a giveaway of it at the moment, if you were interested!

Thanks for sharing. I’ve never heard of that line. Stacie xo
