I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! I had a pretty relaxed one. We didn’t do much during the days because it’s so darn hot and humid out. I walked early in the morning on a shady path and didn’t really care for it too much. I dread the hot and humid Texas summer. We did watch 2 movies in the evenings. On Friday night we stayed in a watched Les Miserable on DVD. On Saturday night we saw the new Man of Steel movie at the theater.
Goals for last week:

3. Mail a few packages
All are packed up and ready to ship. They should be in the mail by the time this post goes up.
4. Walk 3 times
Yes!
These are my crazy and colorful new running/walking shoes.
They are the Asics Gel Noosa Tri 8 and they match EVERYTHING!
5. Finish up thank you cards
Not yet, still have a few more left.
6. Make appointment for showroom visit for master bath remodel
Yes!
7. Look into cooking class to maybe take with my daughter(s)
No, we just don’t seem to have any extra time right now. We’ll have to resort to YouTube or Pinterest if we want to try out a new recipe for now.
Goals for this week:
This is a hard week for me to set goals so I’m not even going to. I have college orientation with my daughter 2 days. Then I will be watching my son play in a golf tournament for 2 more of the days this week. That means I’ll be doing lots of walking while trying to stay cool in the Texas heat.
I also have an interior designer coming over on Monday evening to look at my master bathroom and help get the ball rolling on my remodel. I am SO excited to get a new bathroom. I’ve never liked the one I have since we moved into this house 7 years ago. I plan to get TONS of cabinet space to store my obsession with makeup and beauty products.
