It’s time for my Optimistic Monday post. Please link up below with your post on your goals for the week or any other optimistic post. I’d love to have you join me!
Is it really Monday again??!! How can it be? I didn’t have enough time to complete my goals last week. And now I’m setting new ones for this week? It seems to me that as time goes by in my life, it seems to go by faster and faster. What do you think? Anybody with me on this one?
Goals for last week:
1. Walk
I only have 2 official walks to report. I walked much more than this, but only put on my walking shoes and set my Nike+ sensor to record.
12/6/12 3.27 miles, 12/7/12 3.16 miles
2. Get my Christmas shopping almost complete.
I feel like my shopping is almost complete. I still need to shop for my husband. He is the hardest to shop for because he already has everything he needs or wants.
3. Write thank you cards that are overdo.
Got a few done, but always feel like I could write some more.
4. Arrive early for all appointments this week.
Oops, was a few minutes late for my dental cleaning appointment because TJ Maxx was calling my name! And we were early for my daughter’s dance performance. Not bad!!
5. 3-4 blog posts and 2-3 Youtube videos.
Yes, I am starting to get a little bit back on track.
6. Order my Christmas cards this week.
Yes, I ordered mine from Tiny Prints. They have great deals, cute cards and speedy delivery, which are all perfect for a procrastinator like me! See their link in the right column of my blog please. I get a small commission if you order through my site. Thanks!
7. One day at a time…
Yes, I just did things at my own pace and seemed to not ever get stressed.
Goals for this week:
1. Finish Christmas shopping.
In addition, my anniversary is on the 23rd (what were we thinking?) so I need to find a gift for my husband for that occasion as well.
2. Walk more than 2 times this week.
3. Do a few craft projects.
4. Mail gifts to relatives so they get them before Christmas.
5. Read my book on grieving.
I’ve had a bit of a hard time this past week…
6. Mail out those Christmas cards that should be arriving before the end of the week.
7. Continue to work on my Give A Smile Today project.
I feel like we’re making progress and doing great things.
I know that I sound like a broken record, but Please check out my site! We always need more people to send cards and more people to receive cards. The only way to grow is to spread the word to others. Please share my site!!
Don’t forget to link up your post if you have a blog and want to share!
Have a GREAT week!!

Wow, that’s a pretty big list for next week. Are the craft projects needed for Christmas. If not, I’d be tempted to bump them 🙂
