I think I am the luckiest lady that attended Bloggy Boot Camp in Dallas this past weekend with the SITS Girls!
I couldn’t wait to go to my first blog conference so I could learn a few things about blogging. What a great experience! I met some of The Nicest Women! I wish I was able to meet more! Don’t you love a room filled with 175 women with a common interest all lifting each other up and encouraging one another (especially in this day and age where so many feel compelled to bring other’s down)?!
We started the day with breakfast, seminars and networking. This was followed by lunch, breakout sessions, more seminars and snacks. There were opportunities to meet with companies for possible sponsorships as well. It was all done right! The SITS girls are full of knowledge that they wanted to share with every single person in the room. Not only were they were all extremely knowledgeable, they were witty and humorous too. I spent a lot of time laughing, along with everyone else in the room.
I definitely walked away from this conference feeling uplifted and confident that I am on the right path with my blog. I also walked away with a brand new camera bag from Kelly Moore. I won it in a raffle at the end of the day. I truly could not believe it when my name was called! I was in shock! I ran up to collect my bag and announced that I had just gotten a new camera to put in it. How cool is that?! Thank you Kelly Moore for donating this bag! Please go to the Kelly Moore website to see all of the camera bags that she sells. They don’t look like your typical camera bags. These look more like handbags, and can actually be used that way as well. They come in many different colors and styles. I have pictures of mine below (both empty and filled with my new camera and accessories).

I looove this bag. I have not been about to find a camera bag I love (well, one that doesn’t cost $150!) and recently bought a Jessica Simpson bag that I’m hoping to convert to a camera bag.. I’ll have to check these out first tho!
