Mai Couture Glow-Geous Trio

Today’s beauty review is what I consider to be one of the most unique products on the market.  Several weeks ago I was in my local Beauty Brands store and spotted the Mai Couture blotting papers.  I was curious and fascinated at the same time.  I was given a demonstration application of the product first hand by one of the sweet sales associates.  The product comes in a booklet.  You can purchase a Papier Wallet to store and carry your blowing papers in as well.  Products from the Mai Couture line retail from $13 to approximately $40 when purchased as a set.

I chose to try the Mai Couture Glow-Geous Trio.  It retails for $24.  This trio has a total of 60 sheets made up of 20 papers of each type of product.  There’s a bronzer (Sin City), a highlighter (St Barts) and a blush (Prettyful).  The booklet contains instructions on how to apply the products to your face.  You simply swipe the paper where you want to place it.  Makeup brushes are not needed.

Verdict: I think this product is amazing!  It’s mess free and so convenient for keeping in my purse, gym bag, car, etc for touch ups on the go.  It’s so easy to just swipe the color across my cheeks.  There’s a lot of color deposited exactly where I want it.  I only used half a sheet of each product when applying my makeup making this package of papers last twice as long.  I was actually surprised at how bright the Prettyful blush was when applied to my cheeks.  I recommend this trio and will be purchasing more products from Mai Couture in the future.  Click HERE to be directed to their website to see all of the beautiful products in this line.
