It’s okay to:
1. sit in Starbucks for over an hour and write my blog.
Sometimes this is the only way to get things done. I can get so distracted at home…
2. eat Mexican food almost every single day in a week for either lunch or dinner.
I just love Mexican food! It’s so vegetarian friendly that I can’t resist.
3. procrastinate getting my closet cleaned out (again).
I’ve purchased a ton of new clothes and promised myself that I’d get rid of the things that I don’t wear that just take up space. I’ve started, but have a LONG way to go.
4. stay in my workout clothes all day long as long as I wasn’t all sweaty during my workout.
5. wear workout clothes even if I don’t plan to work out on a given day.
6. eat ice cream or frozen yogurt with sweet toppings a few times a week.
My favorite yogurt flavors are the tart ones. And I love cheesecake bites or oreo crumbles on top. YUM! My absolute favorite flavor ice cream is still salted caramel pretzel. The good thing is that I can eat a very very small portion and be happy because this flavor is so rich.

Isn’t it funny how most of my “it’s okays” have to do with me justifying my food addictions? LOL!

I could eat mexican ever day as well! And I am always more productive at a Starbucks or other coffee shop, than I am at home. Same was true in college, I could NEVER study at my apt or dorm, to many things to distract me. It was always either the library or some other quiet spot that I could find where my only option to do was study!
