OxygenCeuticals Skincare Review

I recently tried several skincare products from OxygenCeuticals, a Korean based skincare and beauty equipment manufacturer. I hadn’t heard of the brand before and was happy to give the products a try. The brand is quite extensive and is often used as part of post procedure skincare. However, the products are also suitable as part of a regular skincare routine.

Before I begin with my product review, I’d like to introduce you to the OxygenCeuticals brand in case you haven’t heard of them yet. They’ve been around in the Korean market for a while but have more recently made their way into the USA. The tagline for the company is “Breathe Life into Your Skin.” Products from the brand combine the essence of pure oxygen and cosmeceutical actives to effectively smooth sensitive skin and revive skin vitality.

I have several of the products from the Age Defying part of the line which came in a kit of 5 travel sized products. I love trying kits like this because I get to try several products to determine how my skin will react to them before committing to purchase full sized products.

The Age Reversal kit comes with 5 products to cleanse, treat, feed and moisturize the skin. The products are formulated to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They improve the look of dull dry skin and help to improve uneven texture. Using these products will result in glowing skin that looks more youthful. Let’s take a look at each product and see how they performed for me.

The products in this kit are detailed below…

Pore Mask – This product is a foaming cleanser that can be used both morning and evening to remove impurities. Main ingredients include Lavender Oil, Stearic Acid and Portulaca Oleracea Extract. I love this cleanser. My skin and feels fresh and clean after using it.

Nutrient Toner – This is an essence type toner to nourish and hydrate the skin making it smooth and soft. Main ingredients include Sodium Hyaluronate, Portulaca Oleracea Extract and Allantoin. This is a wonderful product. I don’t use toners often but now realize the importance.

Caviar Protein Fluid – This product deeply hydrates and encourages cell renewal with caviar extracts enriched with amino acids and omega-3 to feed the skin with rich nutrients. Also has niacinamide, adenosine and peptides to even skin tone and improve elasticity. This feels great on the skin and leave my skin feeling moisturized.

Moisture Aqua Serum – This is an ultra hydrating serum containing Sodium Hyaluronate and Jojoba Oil to retain moisture and keep skin hydrated. It’s suitable for all skin types. The concept of using a serum after the protein fluid is new to me as I’m used to applying serum products right after cleansing. However, I’m extremely impressed with this and will continue to use it this way. On occasion I have even used this serum as my moisturizer in the morning.

Caviar Cream – This cream seals in moisture and feeds the skin with essential nutrients to improve the appearance of visible aging. This cream contains a1 12% Caviar Extract, Adenosine, Niacinamide and Jojoba Seed Oil. This is a nice luxurious feeling moisturizing cream. I feel like it locks everything from the previous steps into place and provides a boost in moisture.

In addition to the Age Defying kit shown above, I have full size products of the Caviar Protein Fluid and Caviar Cream. I also have a box of the sheet face masks called Ceutisome AG Masks which are used for skin brightening and wrinkle reduction. I like to use this sheet mask once a week while relaxing for about 20 minutes. The mask contains essences that stay on the face when taking off the mask for added skin benefits.

As a a huge advocate for the use of sunscreen, I was thrilled to try the TP Sun Cream SPF45 PA+++. This SPF product is extremely lightweight and moisturizing. It protects from both UVA and UVB rays to prevent premature aging and to protect the skin. I brought this on my recent trip to Mexico to stay safe in the sun. It works great under makeup (although I hardly wore any on the trip).

The product is described as follows: “Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant and helps soothe, protect and revitalize your skin. This daily sun care treatment enhances hydration, soothes, moisturizes and provides skin protection with Hyaluronic Acid, Allantoin, Vitamin E, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extracts.

Verdict

As a middle-aged beauty blogger I get to test and review a ton of skincare products suitable for mature skin. I cannot tell you enough how much I LOVE every single product that I’ve been using from OxygenCeuticals. My skin is looking hydrated and more youthful, no question about it.
